Release Notes

This was primarily an update to support DNN installs that do not use the fck Editor Provider. Making it 100% compatible with DNN4,5,6. DNN6 does not use fck by default and this would cause the module to show error messages when saving or trying to manage the templates.

Install this version if you have a new install that does not have the Fck editor or you do not want to be tied to the Fck editor template integration.

If you are upgrading to DNN 6 and you are no longer going to use the fck editor provider(likly) you can install this over your current install before or after your update of the site.
Be sure to save the fck editor template xml file if you have saved templates there. This file is located here: siteroot\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Fck\FCKeditor\fcktemplates.xml
This file is was used previously to store any saved templates you created. You may want to move template xml from that file to the new local implementation in the new file named "templates.xml" in the root of the module directory.

Features added:
Added Patch from jkappel for display as Flow or Block. Block is default but can be changed in the template editor for the module.
Thank you jkappel for your work on this.

Bug Fixes:
Corrected uninstall Script to remove Stored Proc "GetNextHTMLRepeaterOrder".

Other notes :
Edited for display and inverted the release notes to make the most recent info at the top.

Search and link to Anchors for each item.
Manifest update and corrections.
First update to include a second sql script as part of the update.
Update to SQLDataProvider to correct an issue where using paging will error due to use of {objectQualifier} names in your database.

This was a minor update to correctly support the DNN built in template tag replacement items. Such as: Portal:PortalName,User:DisplayName
Documentation in Codeplex was also added to cover this.

This was the general initial release of the module.
